Potato Days is a day full of many activities
for all ages.
Centennial Village hosts Potato Days on the second
Saturday in September. There are many demonstrations, hands on activities,
entertainment, and even food.
You can learn about how people used to do things
a long time ago.
Some of the activities may be rope making, butter
churning, tortilla making, adobe making, and even washing socks
using a tub, washboard, and wringer.
Food and drink are sold by organizations, and
of course, there are potatoes!
Stuffed baked potatoes with your choice of toppings
are one of the food items enjoyed by visitors to Potato Day.
